Ayra is a curated showcase. We select and recommend items and services, and often direct you to partner stores to complete a purchase or booking. In those cases, Ayra is not the seller or the direct service provider: the partner fulfills the order under their own responsibility. Some services may be provided directly by the Ayra team, and this will be clearly indicated when applicable.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Santos/SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where consumer-protection law grants the consumer the right to choose their own local court.
