1. Who is responsible for your data

Ayra is operated by AYTY DESENVOLVIMENTO EM NEGOCIOS LTDA, registered under CNPJ 45.316.603/0001-35, headquartered and operated in Santos/SP, Brazil, at Rua Estados Unidos da Venezuela, 33B — Ponta da Praia, ZIP 11030-270. 2. What data we collect

• Account data: your name, WhatsApp mobile number and, when provided, a fallback email.
• Family data: name, relationship, mobile number, invitation status and the account holder's chosen permissions, limited to three authorized people.
• Usage data: personal agenda, reminders, saved items, preferences and accessibility settings, so we can provide your member area and remember how you like to use Ayra.
• Technical data: device and browser information, plus cookie identifiers, collected solely for analytics and improvement — and only with your consent.

Ayra does not collect payment data: purchases take place on our partners' websites, under their responsibility.

3. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account and access.
• To remember your preferences and saved items.
• To understand how Ayra is used and improve the experience (analytics).
• To send WhatsApp access codes, consented family invitations and important confirmations about your account, Ayra services, subscriptions or orders.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data based on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of the service you requested when creating your account, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and functional — always respecting your rights.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for the app to function. Analytics tools — Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — are loaded only after you tap "Accept" on the privacy notice. If you choose "Not now," these tools are not activated. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Who we share data with

• Operational providers: we use Supabase (authentication and database), Hostinger (hosting and fallback email) and Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform (authorized messages) to operate Ayra.
• Analytics tools: Google and Meta, only with your consent.
• Curation partners: when you tap on a product or service, you may be taken to a partner's website (for example, Mercado Livre). From that point on, that partner's policy and terms apply.

We do not sell your data.

You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time through WhatsApp or our support team. Messages strictly required to confirm an access attempt or a request you initiated may continue for that operation.

7. Affiliate links (transparency)

Some links on Ayra are affiliate links: when you make a purchase through them, Ayra may receive a commission from the partner, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the care we put into our curation.

8. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, we take measures to ensure a level of protection consistent with the LGPD.

9. How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we will erase your personal data, except for anything the law requires us to retain.

10. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to minimize risks.

11. Your rights

At any time, you may: confirm what data we hold, access it, correct it, request deletion, request portability and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@ayra.app.br.

12. Children and minors

Ayra is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, if the change is significant, notify you in the app.
